3 lbchuck roast

1 lgonion, thinly sliced

1 pkgitalian dressing seasoning

15 ozcan mushroom pieces

1 bottledark beer

your favorite slice of cheese
How To Make beer beef

1Line casserole pan with aluminum foil; place roast in pan, top with thinly sliced onions, sprinkle Italian dressing on top.

2Distribute mushroom pieces on top.

3Pour beer on top then cover with aluminum foil.

4Cook at 250 for 12 + hours then shred the meat.

5Place cheese on each piece of hoagie bun and then top with meat.

6Melt for 30 seconds in microwave.
