Ingredients For beefy noodle casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef, cooked and drained.
  • 1 sm
    yellow onion, diced
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    sour cream, optional
  • 16oz
    egg noodles, cooked and drained

How To Make beefy noodle casserole

  • 1
    Cook onions with the ground beef until tender and beef is no longer pink, drain and return to pan.
  • 2
    Add cooked and drained egg noodles, soup and milk to the beef and onions, stir well and heat over medium heat until heated through.
  • 3
    Add sour cream just before serving.
