I love fry rice. This is just 1 of many ways I love to make it. My family loves fry rice too. I must have at least once a week.

Ingredients For beefy fried rice

1 lbbeef sirloin steak, boneless & thinly sliced

2 cfrozen stir-fry vegetables

1 cchicken broth, low salt

3 Tbspcatalina dressing, light

2 Tbspsoy sauce, light

2 cinstant brown rice, uncooked

1 canmandarin oranges, drained

1/3 cgreen onions, chopped
How To Make beefy fried rice

1First cook the meat in a large nonstick frying pan on hight heat for about 3 mins or until evenly browned.

2Next add in the next ingredients, bring to a boil & stir often. Simmer for about 5 mins. The remove from the heat.

3Then let stand for about 5 mins. Then add in the oranges & onions. Then fliff with a fork.
