1 smonion, chopped

1 can(10.5 oz.) condensed french onion soup

1 1/2 cshredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

1 tube(12 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
How To Make beefy french onion pot pie

1In a large skillet over medium heat cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink; drain.

2Stir in the French onion soup; bring to a boil. Transfer to an ungreased 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.

3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Top with the biscuits and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown.
