4 czucchini, thinly sliced

2/3 cketchup

5/8 tsppepper

1 tspsalt

1 Tbspflour

1.5 lbground beef

1/4 cparmesan cheese, grated

2 Tbspbutter

1onion, sliced

1/4 cparmesan cheese, grated
How To Make beef zucchini casserole

1In large skillet, saute zucchini and onion in butter until onion is tender. Pour into baking dish (10x6x1 1/2\"); sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese; set aside.

2In same skillet, brown ground beef; drain excess fat.

3Stir flour, salt, pepper, then ketchup into meat.

4Spoon meat mixture evenly over zucchini.

5Cover; bake in 350 oven 20 minutes.

6Remove cover; top with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese; bake, uncovered, and additional 5 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.

7Cut into squares to serve.
