beef turnovers

Found this in a church cookbook I checked out from the local Library.Great way to use up leftovers!I did try it with a can of roasted beef,not to bad.One of these days I wiil see how they taste w/leftover turkey or chicken.

Ingredients For beef turnovers

  • 2 c
    chopped roast beef
  • 3 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    sweet relish
  • 1
    small onion,chopped
  • 1 can
    (8count)cresent rolls
  • bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How To Make beef turnovers

  • 1
    Combine beef,cheese,relish and onion in a bowl and mix well.

    Unroll cresent rolls,form 4 squares.Spoon equal portions of filling into center of each square.Fold over to create triangle and seal edges.

    Arrange on a baking sheet,brush with melted butter,sprinkle with bread crumbs.Bake at 350* for 20 min.until golden brown.
