beef turnovers

Found this in a church cookbook I checked out from the local Library.Great way to use up leftovers!I did try it with a can of roasted beef,not to bad.One of these days I wiil see how they taste w/leftover turkey or chicken.

Ingredients For beef turnovers

2 cchopped roast beef
-
3 ozsoftened cream cheese
-
2 Tbspsweet relish
-
1small onion,chopped
-
1 can(8count)cresent rolls
-
bread crumbs, seasoned
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make beef turnovers

1Combine beef,cheese,relish and onion in a bowl and mix well.

2Unroll cresent rolls,form 4 squares.Spoon equal portions of filling into center of each square.Fold over to create triangle and seal edges.

3Arrange on a baking sheet,brush with melted butter,sprinkle with bread crumbs.Bake at 350* for 20 min.until golden brown.
