On rainning days here I gotta come up with as much soups & stews as I can. This is a family favorite & go to recipe.

Ingredients For beef tomato stew

1 1/2 lbbeef, cut into cubes

2 Tbspvegetable oil
-
10 cantomato soup "3/4 ounces"

6 smonion's, cut into cubes
-
6 mdcarrot's, cut in half
-
3 lgpotatoe's, cut into cubes

1/4 tspbasil, dried & crushed
How To Make beef tomato stew

1Frist in large heavy pan brown the meat with the oil. Then add in the soup with half a can of water per can, cover the pan & simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

2Next add in the remaining ingerdient's & cover again to cook for 1 more hour or until veggies are tender.

3Then stir occasionally & serve hot over fresh cooke rice.
