Ingredients For beef tomato stew

  • 1 1/2 lb
    beef, cut into cubes
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 10 can
    tomato soup "3/4 ounces"
  • 6 sm
    onion's, cut into cubes
  • 6 md
    carrot's, cut in half
  • 3 lg
    potatoe's, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 tsp
    basil, dried & crushed

How To Make beef tomato stew

  • 1
    Frist in large heavy pan brown the meat with the oil. Then add in the soup with half a can of water per can, cover the pan & simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

    Next add in the remaining ingerdient's & cover again to cook for 1 more hour or until veggies are tender.

    Then stir occasionally & serve hot over fresh cooke rice.
