Ingredients For beef tips

1/2 cflour

3 Tbspflour

1/4 cdry red wine
-
2 tsptomato paste
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 cancondensed beef broth
-
2 cmushrooms, sliced and drained

1/2 cgreen onions, finely chopped
-
4 lbsirloin steak cut into small squares

1/8 tsppepper
-
1 tspsalt
-
buttered noodles
How To Make beef tips

1Combine 1/2 cup flour with the salt and pepper and toss with beef cubes to coat thoroughly.

2Place in crock-pot.

3Add green onions and drained mushrooms.

4Combine with beef broth, worcestershire sauce and tomato paste.

5Pour over beef and vegetables; stir well.

6Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 12 hours.

7One hour before serving, turn to high setting.

8Make a smooth paste of red wine and 3 tablespoons flour; stir into crock-pot, mixing well.

9Cover and cook until thickened.

10Serve over hot buttered noodles.
