Ingredients For beef tips

  • 1-2 lb
    boneless beef sirloin, cut in cubes
  • 5
    maggi beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1
    heaping teaspoon dry lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can
    (4 ounce) mushrooms, undrained
  • 3/4 c
    taylor sauterne wine

How To Make beef tips

  • 1
    Brown beef in scant amount oil, drain and return to pan.
  • 2
    Combine all ingredients except the wine. Bring to boil then lower heat. Add wine and cook an hour.

    Serve over toast points, noodles or mashed potatoes. A real comfort meal.
