A great dish for those days you need a quick meal. Can be used with any type of cheese and you can use chicken or pork instead of beef.

Ingredients For beef tip casserole

  • 1 lb
    stew beef cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 sm
    onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    white rice
  • 1 Tbsp
    basil, dried
  • 8 oz
    cheese any type you like
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can
    cream or chicken or mushroom soup

How To Make beef tip casserole

    Cook rice as directed

    Put olive oil, worcestershire sauce in to pan on medium high heat. Add beef cut into bite size pieces, onions, basil, garlic powder, salt and cook till meat is a light grey color, do not over cook.

    Put rice in a bowl and add cream of chicken or mushroom soup, mix together, add beef mixture and 1 cup of the grated cheese and mix together put into 9 x 13 baking dish or small aluminum pans top with remander grated cheese and bake on 350 for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
