Ingredients For beef tip casserole

1 lbstew beef cut into bite size pieces

1 smonion chopped

2 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 tspsalt

2 cwhite rice
-
1 Tbspbasil, dried

8 ozcheese any type you like
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 cancream or chicken or mushroom soup
How To Make beef tip casserole

1Cook rice as directed

2Put olive oil, worcestershire sauce in to pan on medium high heat. Add beef cut into bite size pieces, onions, basil, garlic powder, salt and cook till meat is a light grey color, do not over cook.

3Put rice in a bowl and add cream of chicken or mushroom soup, mix together, add beef mixture and 1 cup of the grated cheese and mix together put into 9 x 13 baking dish or small aluminum pans top with remander grated cheese and bake on 350 for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
