Ingredients For beef tenderloin in oyster sauce

1 lbbeef tenderloin cut into thin strips

3 Tbspoyster sauce

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspeach grated ginger and minced garlic

1red chilies seeded and chopped

2 Tbspoil

2 cfresh spinach leaves

1/2 tspsalt

1 Tbsprice vinegar
How To Make beef tenderloin in oyster sauce

1Place oyster sauce, soy sauce, red chili, garlic and ginger in a large bowl. Add the meat and let it marinate 1 hour.

2Add oil to skillet. Add the spinach and salt. Cook stirring until it starts to wilt. Add the vinegar and cook until most has evaporated. Remove spinach to a serving plate.

3Wipe out pan and place pan over high heat. When pan starts to smoke a bit add a touch more oil and throw in the meat with the marinade. Sear the meat on both sides and cook until medium rare. Serve meat over spinach
