Ingredients For beef strognaoff

  • 2 lb
    beef tenderloin
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 clove
    garlic chopped
  • 1/2 c
    onion
  • 1/2 lb
    mushrooms

How To Make beef strognaoff

  • 1
    Roll meat in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in butter 5 minutes. Blend soup, water, and sour cream well. Add garlic, onion, and mushrooms. Combine with meat. Heat over boiling water for 30 minutes, reduce heat and keep hot until time to serve. Serve with rice or noodles.
