Ingredients For beef stroganoff

2 lbstew beef bite sized

1/2 stickbutter

2 conion

salt and pepper to taste

flour to thicken

1 canmushrooms or can be fresh

3 (26oz) cancream of chicken soup

1/2 csour cream or to taste
How To Make beef stroganoff

1Brown stew beef in butter; add onions and cook till all are tender and done add just enough flour to thicken to a paste

2Add mushrooms, cans of soup, and sour cream
-
3Simmer on very lower for about an hour Serve over hot buttered noodles!!
