Ingredients For beef stroganoff

  • 2 lb
    stew beef
  • 1
    diced onion
  • 4 clove
    sliced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1 1/2 c
    beef stock
  • SAUCE
  • 1 lb
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can
    mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • THICKNER
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch

How To Make beef stroganoff

    In Crock pot put first 7 ingredients on high for 1 hour then LOW for next 6 hours

    After beef has finished cooking,In fry pan,fry mushrooms,add soup & cream,add to slow cooked beef,Thicken with 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons cornstarch

    Serve over rice, potatoes,or noodles
