Ingredients For beef stew

1 lbchuck roast, cubed

salt and pepper

2 Tbspflour
-
2 Tbspoil
-
4 qtwater
-
1 tspkitchen bouquet
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
6potatoes
-
2carrots
-
2celery stalks with leaves
-
1onion
-
2 clovegarlic
-
1 pkgfrozen okra (optional)

1bay leaf
-
1 canwhole corn, drained
How To Make beef stew

1Chop veggies into chunks about 1/2 inch. Mince the garlic.

2Cube chuck roast into 1 inch cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3Heat oil in a large heavy bottom pot.

4Place beef in pot, sprinkle with flour and brown on all sides, stirring occasionaly.

5Add all remaining ingedients, except the Corn and Okra , and cook on high for 1 hour, lid askew. Stirring occasinaly.

6Taste and add salt, pepper and water, if needed. Add the Okra and corn and continue to cook for another half hour.
