Ingredients For beef stew

2 lbbeef stew meat
-
2 mdonions chopped in fairly large pieces

1 canbeef broth
-
4 cboiling water
-
1 lgbay leaf
-
6whole cloves
-
1/4 cflour
-
4 Tbspoil
-
2 tspsalt
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
1 smcan tomato sauce
-
1 can(16 oz) green lima bean
-
6carrots large chopped
-
4 mdpotato chopped fairly large chunks
How To Make beef stew
-
1Using a dutch pot heat oil;
Combine flour,salt, pepper in a paper sack;
Place a few pieces of stew beef in paper sack shake;
Brown in oil a few pieces at time;
Add: onions, stew meat, the 6 cloves, bay leaf,broth and boiling water
Simmer on low for 3 hours or until meat is tender
Add: tomato sauce,carrots,and lima beans cook until vegetables are tender. - Last Step: Don't forget to share!
