I remember when I was little, my grandma used to cook this dish to feed all her 7 grandkids. We all loved it. We ate it with very warm and delicious tortillas.

Ingredients For beef short ribs with vegetables

  • olive oil
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 2 md
    celery
  • 1 oz
    garlic
  • 2 pkg
    beef short ribs
  • 3 box
    beef broth
  • 3 bunch
    carrots
  • 2 bunch
    zucchini
  • 1 bag
    baby potatoes
  • 2 md
    turnips
  • 4 bunch
    corn on the cob
  • 1 bag
    butternut squash

How To Make beef short ribs with vegetables

    Get a big pot and add some olive oil.

    Add the chopped onions, celery, garlic and cook until the onions are translucent.

    Add the short ribs and cook for about 20 minutes.

    Add the beef broth and cook for 1 hour.
  • 5
    Add all the veggies and continue cooking for another hour.
  • 6
    Serve with warm pita or corn tortillas.
