  • 30 g
    black pepper sauce
  • 10 g
    oyster sauce
  • 10 g
    starch
  • 10 g
    corn oil

How To Make beef short ribs with black pepper sauce

    Put beef short ribs, black pepper sauce, and oyster sauce into a big bowl. Add starch and corn oil.

    Mix them well, cover them with plastic wrap and marinate the short beef ribs for 20 minutes.

    Put the marinated short beef ribs into the steamer and 500g water into the mixing bowl.

    Put on the measuring cup, and boil the water at 6mins/110℃/REV1.

    Put on the steamer set and steam the short beef ribs at 25min/110℃/REV1.
