Ingredients For beef short ribs

1/3 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

2 1/2 lbbeef short ribs, boneless

1/4 cbutter
-
1 conion, chopped
-
1 cbeef broth
-
3/4 cred wine vinegar
-
3/4 cbrown sugar
-
1/4 chot sauce (or chili sauce)

2 Tbspketchup
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
2 Tbspgarlic, minced

1 tspchili powder (hot or mild; your preference)
How To Make beef short ribs

1Put flour, salt and pepper in a bag.

2Add ribs and shake to coat.

3Brown ribs in butter in a large skillet.

4Put in slow cooker.

5In same skillet, combine remaining ingredients.

6Bring to a boil, stirring.

7Pour over ribs.

8Cover and cook on low for 9 hours.
