2 lbround steak or stew meat

2 tspground ginger

1 tsppepper

1/2 tspgarlic powder

2/3 csoy sauce

1/3 clemon juice

1/3 cvegetable, corn, or canola oil

tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms
How To Make beef shish kebab

1If using round steak, cut into 1/4" strips, if using stew meat, cut into bite size chunks.

2Place meat in a shallow non-aluminum pan or a large plastic baggie. Combine spices, soy sauce, lemon juice and oil; add to meat. Marinate overnight.

3Assemble kebabs on metal or bamboo skewers alternating meat with vegetables. Grill kebabs over medium hot coals or on a gas grill for 3-4 minutes on each side brushing with marinade once.
