2beef shanks with bone

5 cwater

1 Tbspbetter than bouillon beef bouillon

1/4 crice wine or saki

6 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 1/2 Tbspfish sauce

1 Tbspginger grated

handful of cilantro roots

7 ozrice noodles

cilantro leaves for garnish
How To Make beef shank pho

1place the beef shanks into a slow cooker. Add the water, bouillon, garlic, rice wine, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce and coriander roots. Cook on low about 10 to 12 hours.

2Remove the meat and shred into pieces. Strain the liquid and discard the solids. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain.

3Place noodles in a bowl. Top with meat broth and cilantro
