1BROWN BEEF WHEN RED IS OUT DRAIN, ADD ONION, SALT, PEPPER AND ITALIAN SEASONING, AND PICANTE SAUCE, FINISH BROWNING, COOL, ADD CHEESE MIX TOGETHER.

2PLACE 2 HEAPING TABLESPOONS OF THE MEAT MIXTURE ON THE EGG ROLL AND ROLL UP

3DEEP FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, EVERYTHING IS COOKED SO IT ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES. SERVE WITH TACO SAUCE, HOT OR MILD

4THESE FREEZE VERY WELL, JUST MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE NOT TOUCHING EACH OTHER ON THE SHEET PAN, PUT THEM INTO THE FREEZER UNTIL FROZEN, THEN PUT INTO A SEALED CONTAINER AND PUT BACK INTO THE FREEZER, JUST BRING THEM OUT AND TAKE OUT WHAT YOU WANT
