How To Make beef roast

1Cut roast into pieces about two inches on a side. Place in oven proof pan with small amount of water.

2Course chop onion and place over meat. Pour on Kitchen Bouquet to taste. Sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.

3Bake at 350 degrees for about three to four hours. Until meat pulls apart with a fork. Remove from oven and let rest for twenty minutes before cutting and serving. Retain juice for dip or for gravy.
