Ingredients For beef ragu

2 1/2 cstew meat cut into 1 ich cubes

1/3 cflour
-
2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1 1/2 cchopped onion

3celery stalks chopped into 1 inch pieces

3 lgpotatoes peeled and diced

16 ozcanned tomatoes
-
1 tsporegano, dried
-
2garlic cloves minced

1 cbeef stock
-
2 Tbspflour
-
3 Tbspwater
How To Make beef ragu

1Combine 1/3 c. flour, salt and pepper, toss beef cubes with flour mixture and brown in 1 tbsp. oil in large stock pot.

2Add remaining ingredients except the 2 tbsp. of flour and water.

3Stir well and cook for 5-6 hours on med. low. One hour before serving mix in the combined 2 tbsp. flour and 3 tbsp. water. Cook until thick.
