    beef rice a roni
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 1/2 c
    hot water

How To Make beef porcupines, mom's

  • 1
    Combine rice and ground beef with beaten eggs. Shape into meatballs. Make about 20 meatballs. Brown in skillet on all sides. Combine contents of seasoning packet with water and pour over meat. Cover and simmer 30 min. Thicken gravy if desired.
