Ingredients For beef pinwheel

1 lbground beef

1.5 tspsalt
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1egg, well beaten

2 Tbspketchup
-
1/3 cbread crumbs

3 ccabbage, cooked and chopped

1/2 conion, chopped and sauteed
How To Make beef pinwheel

1Combine meat, salt, worcestershire sauce, egg, ketchup and bread crumbs.

2Blend well.

3Roll out meat between 2 sheets of waxed paper into an oblong about 1/2 inch thick.

4Spread with cabbage mixture.

5Roll like a jelly roll.

6Place in a baking pan.

7Bake 40 to 45 minutes.

8Serve plain or with canned cream of vegetable soup, heated to boiling as a sauce.

9Heat oven to 350.

10Grease a shallow baking pan.
