    ground beef
  • 12 oz
    chunky salsa
  • 1 c
    sweet corn
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise dressing
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 c
    tortilla chips, crushed
  • 2 c
    colby/monterey jack cheese

How To Make beef nacho casserole

    Heat oven to 350.

    Brown meat; drain.

    Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise dressing and chili powder.

    Layer 1/2 meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole.

    Repeat layers.

    Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

    Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired.
