Ingredients For beef nacho casserole

1 lbground beef

12 ozjar, chunky salsa (i use pace brand)

1 ccorn, drained

3/4 cmiracle whip
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
2 ctortilla chips, crushed, divided

2 ccolby cheese, shredded, divided
- CASSEROLE TOPPINGS

shredded lettuce
-
chopped tomatoes
-
sliced black olives
-
chopped green onions
How To Make beef nacho casserole

1Heat oven to 350°. Brown and drain meat. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder.

2Layer half of the mixture, chips and cheese in a 2-qt casserole dish. Repeat layers and bake for 20 minutes.

3Remove from oven and top with the lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and green onions.
