Ingredients For beef 'n bean burritos

1 1/2 lblean ground beef
-
1 can(28-ounce) diced tomatoes (save the juice)

4 clovegarlic, chopped

2 Tbspchili powder to desired heat likeness

1 Tbspcumin
-
1 can(16-ounce) refried beans, fat-free
-
1 can(4-ounce) green chilies, diced
-
1 can(4-ounce) black olives, sliced
-
1 clow-fat colbyjack cheese, divided
-
18(6-inch) flour tortillas (can use less of a larger tortilla)
- GARNISHES

lettuce, shredded
-
sour cream
-
guacamole
-
salsa
How To Make beef 'n bean burritos

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until brown, drain and rinse.

3Return meat to skillet, reduce heat to medium and add tomatoes, 1/2 cup reserved tomato juice, chili powder, garlic, cumin, refried beans, green chilies, black olives, and 1/2 cup cheese.

4Cook for about 10 minutes, blending well.

5Fill each tortilla with about 1/3 cup mixture, roll up, and place in greased baking dish(es), seam side down.

6Pour any extra beef mixture around sides of tortillas.

7Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

8Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.

9Serve with garnishes desired.
