Ingredients For beef meatloaf

1 1/2 lb(750 g) lean ground beef

1 pkg(about 1/4 cup) dry onion soup mix
-
2 lgfree-run eggs, beaten
-
1/2 cbread crumbs such as panko®
-
1/4 cketchup
-
1/2 tspturkish oregano
-
1/2 tspchipotle chili powder
-
1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper, or more to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)

1/2 chot water
-
1 can(10 oz./284 ml)cream of tomato soup
How To Make beef meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well except can of tomato. Transfer meat mixture in a 9x5x3” loaf pan. Cover with cream of tomato soup.

2Transfer to preheated oven and cook for 1 to 1:10 hours. Remove from heat and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies. Makes 4 servings
