Ingredients For beef enchilada pie

1 lbground sirloin

cooking spray
-
6mexican style corn tortillas
-
1 canstewed tomatoes
-
1/2 ccream of mushroom soup
-
1 cangreen chiles, diced and drained

1 1/2 cpinto beans rinsed and drained

1 1/2 ckidney beans, cooked
-
1/4 tspchili powder
-
1/2onion, chopped
-
1/8 tspgarlic powder

6 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make beef enchilada pie

1Cook ground beef, garlic, onion and chili powder in frying pan over medium heat until browned.

2Add beans and chiles.

3Preheat oven to 350.

4Mix 1/2 cup of soup (DO NOT ADD WATER) with stewed tomatoes.

5Layer on the bottom of an 8 to 9\" square baking pan coated with non-stick spray.

6Top with half the tomato mixture, half the meat/bean mixture and half the cheese.

7Repeat with a layer of tortillas, meat, sauce and cheese.

8Cover loosely with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
