Ingredients For beef cobbler

1 lbground beef

1 mdonion chopped

4 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspflour

1 1/4 cbeef stock

1 Tbspbetter than beef bouillon

2 Tbsptomato sauce

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 cfrozen peas

2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cbisquick mix

6 Tbspmilk
How To Make beef cobbler

1Mix the bisquick half the cheese and 6 tbsp milk adding more or less to make the dough sticky and soft. Set aside.

2Mix the flour with 1/4 cup beef stock. Set aside. Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Stir in the beef bouillon, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Add the beef stock. Bring to a boil. Stir in the flour mixture to thicken a bit. Add the frozen peas. Cook 3 minutes.

3Transfer meat mixture to a casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheese. Drop the dough by spoonfuls on top. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
