1 cansliced mushrooms

1 canwater chestnust

1 canbean sprouts

1 canbaby corn spears

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspcornstarch

1 canbeef broth

2 cinstant rice, cooked

chow mein noodles
How To Make beef chop suey

1Brown ground beef and drain the grease.

2Open all canned vegetables and drain. Add to the meat. Cook just a minute to heat.

3In a jar add beef broth, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Shake well. Pour over meat mixture. Cook 2 minutes till thickened.

4Serve over cooked rice and top with the chow mein noodles.
