Ingredients For beef chop suey

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can
    water chestnust
  • 1 can
    bean sprouts
  • 1 can
    baby corn spears
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 can
    beef broth
  • 2 c
    instant rice, cooked
  • chow mein noodles

How To Make beef chop suey

  • 1
    Brown ground beef and drain the grease.
  • 2
    Open all canned vegetables and drain. Add to the meat. Cook just a minute to heat.

    In a jar add beef broth, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Shake well. Pour over meat mixture. Cook 2 minutes till thickened.

    Serve over cooked rice and top with the chow mein noodles.
