Ingredients For beef burritos

  • 2-3 lb
    beef stew meat
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cumin
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 1 can
    tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
  • 2 c
    cheese, shredded
  • 1 bag
    tortilla wraps
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    salsa

How To Make beef burritos

  • 1
    Put Stew meat. spices & tomatoes in crock pot on low for 8 hours. When done mashed stew meat against side of crock with wooden spoon until shredded and drain must of the juice.
  • 2
    Put 1/4 cup of meat in middle of tortilla wrap, top with shredded cheese and sour cream. Wrap up and spray side with opening with Pam and toast in a frying pan for a few minutes until golden brown flip and brown other side, serve with salsa.
