Ingredients For beef bulgogi

1 lbbeef tenderloin, sliced thinly into pieces 1/2 inch x 2 inches & 1/8 inch thick

1/2 ccrushed pear

1/4 conion purée

4 cloveminced garlic

1 tspminced ginger

1chopped green onion

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 pinchground black pepper

1 Tbsptoasted sesame oil

Several slicecarrot (thin)
- MARINADE (FOR 1 POUND OF BEEF)
How To Make beef bulgogi

1Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.

2Add the sliced beef and mix well.

3You can grill, pan-fry, or BBQ right after marinating, but it’s best to keep it in the fridge and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for a tougher cut of beef.
