Ingredients For beef bourguignonne

2 slicebacon

1 lbonions, small white

1/4 tspthyme

2 Tbspchopped parsley

1bay leaf

1 lgclove garlic, minced

2/3 cburgundy wine
-
1 cangolden mushroom soup
-
1 1/2 lbbeef cubes, 1 1/2 inches

cooked noodles or macaroni
How To Make beef bourguignonne

1In skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove and crumble.

2Brown beef in drippings.

3Add soup, wine, garlic, bay, parsley, thyme and bacon.

4Cover; cook over low heat 1 hour.

5Add onions; cook 1 hour more or until done.

6Stir occasionally.

7Remove bay leaf.

8Serve over noodles.
