Ingredients For beef & bean barbecue bake

1 lbground beef (i use chuck)

1/2 conion, chopped

1 can(16 oz.) pork and beans

1/2 cbarbecue sauce, any brand you like

1 tspsalt
-
1/4 lbvelveeta cheese, cubed
-
1 can(8 oz.) refrigerated biscuits

6 slicevelveeta cheese
How To Make beef & bean barbecue bake

1In a skillet, brown the beef and onion; drain. Add pork and beans, barbecue sauce, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in Velveeta cubes and mix well.

2Turn mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.

3Cut the biscuits in half, forming half-moons. Place, cut side down, around the edge of casserole. Do not press down too much, or they will be doughy.

4Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 20 minutes. Top with additional Velveeta slices; return to oven until Velveeta melts.
