This barbecue beef recipe was a favorite of my dad's for quite a number of years. He always enjoyed making this and sharing the recipe with friends.

Ingredients For beef barbecue

  • 3 lb.
    chuck roast, cooked and shredded (can be done in oven)
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make beef barbecue

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients and simmer on top of stove for 2 hours.
