Ingredients For beef & bacon casserole

  • 6 slice
    bacon, diced
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 md
    chopped onion
  • 1 pkg
    5 oz. noodles
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of tomato soup
  • 1/2 can
    peas, drained
  • 1/2 c
    butter flavored crackers, crushed
  • 3/4 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make beef & bacon casserole

  • 1
    Fry bacon, ground beef & onion until lightly browned; drain off fat. Cook & drain noodles; mix with beef. Add undiluted soups and peas. Place mixture in a 3-1/2 qt. casserole. Top with cracker crumbs; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 325^ for 45 minutes.
