My friend, Debbie, has been very generous sharing her recipes with me. This is quick to put together, makes very little mess, and is delicious! The second pie can be reheated a day or two later and is just like fresh.

Ingredients For beef and vegetable pie

  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 16 oz
    frozen vegetables for stew
  • 1
    deep dish pie shell
  • 1
    already pie crust (for top crust)
  • 1 jar
    beef gravy
  • minced garlic to taste

How To Make beef and vegetable pie

  • 1
    Dump frozen vegetables int the pie shell.
  • 2
    Combine raw beef on top of the vegetables.
  • 3
    Sprinkle on the garlic.
  • 4
    Top with already pie crust. Seal edges. Cut three or four slits into the stop crust.
  • 5
    Place in oven on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
