½ lbbeef tenderloin, cut into bite size

½ lbfresh green beans

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspchinese rice cooking wine

1 Tbspcornstarch

1 clovegarlic, minced

½ tspgrated ginger
-
2 Tbsppeanut oil
- FOR SAUCE:

¼ cbeef stock, unsalted
-
¼ cteriyaki marinate sauce
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
½ Tbspsoy sauce
-
2 Tbspfresh lime juice
-
½ tspchili oil
-
1 pinchchili flakes (optional)

salt for blanching green beans
How To Make beef and green beans stir fry

1In a medium bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, cooking wine and cornstarch. Set aside.

2Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, set aside.

3Blanch green beans in a pot of salted boiling water for a minute. Drain and transfer into a bowl of ice water. Set aside.

4Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Brown the beef for 1 minute each side. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

5Cook garlic and ginger in the same skillet, add green beans and stir for a minute. Then add the beef and the sauce. Cook and stir until sauce is bubbling. Turn the heat off. Sprinkle with chili flakes.

6Serve immediately.
