Ingredients For mom's beef and egg noodles

  • 2 lbs. chuck roast cut into pieces
  • 2 15 oz. cans beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 16 oz. egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup onions

How To Make mom's beef and egg noodles

    Place meat in slow cooker and pour beef broth and water over the meat.

    Add in celery, onions, salt, and pepper.

    Cover. Cook on high for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours.

    Add in egg noodles in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
