2 lbs. chuck roast cut into pieces

2 15 oz. cans beef broth

2 cups water

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

16 oz. egg noodles

1/2 cup celery

1/4 cup onions
How To Make mom's beef and egg noodles

1Place meat in slow cooker and pour beef broth and water over the meat.

2Add in celery, onions, salt, and pepper.

3Cover. Cook on high for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours.

4Add in egg noodles in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
