A friend brought this to us after we had our second baby. I was leary at first but it was absolutely delicious!

Ingredients For beef and broccoli pie

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 pkg
    3 oz cream cheese
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 pkg
    frozen broccoli, cooked
  • 2 can
    crescent rolls
  • 2 c
    monterey jack cheese

How To Make beef and broccoli pie

  • 1
    Cook ground beef and onion in a small amount of oil. Stir in flour, salt and garlic powder. Add milk, egg and cream cheese. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in cooked broccoli. Roll out one can of crescent rolls to line a greased 9x13 pan. Place meat mixture on this. Place cheese on top of meat. Put other package of rolled crescent tolls on top. Bake 40 min at 350F. You may need to place foil on top the last 10 minutes if it gets too brown.
