1 cwater

4 Tbspeach oyster sauce and soy sauce

2 Tbspcornstarch

1/2 tspground ginger

How To Make beef and broccoli

1For the steak mix the soy sauce rice wine vinegar and garlic together and marinate the steak at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile mix all ingredients for sauce together and set aside.

2Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the broccoli for about 3 minutes and then drain. Set aside.

3Place oil in large skillet. Add the steak with the marinade and saute 1 minute. Pour the sauce over top and add the broccoli. Cook on med high until sauce is thickened. Serve with optional garnishes if desired.
