Ingredients For beaumont pot roast

3 lbchuck roast

6 clovegarlic
-
1 pkgmushroom caps

1 lgonion
-
1 pkgcarrots
-
!/4 sprigparsley chopped

1/2 cburgundy wine
-
1 canbeefy mushroom soup
-
!/2 cworcestershire sauce
-
2 tspthyme, leaves

2 tspsalt and pepper
How To Make beaumont pot roast

1Sprinkle roast with salt & pepper. Brown roast on a saute pan turning on all sides till dark golden brown about 3 minutes per side.

2Remove from saute pan and place in dutch or crock pot, add onions, garlic, mushrooms, wine, Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup, thyme and 1 teaspoon of parsley.

3Bring to boil, lower & simmer for seven hours adding carrots 3 hours before serving. Sprinkle with the rest of the parsley. season to your taste, enjoy. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and preferred green vegetable.
