Ingredients For bbq beef ribs

2 lbs beef short ribs
-
1 Tbspoil
-
1medium onion, sliced

18 oz can tomato sauce
-
1 cwater
-
1/8 cbrown sugar
-
1/8 cvinegar
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspdry mustard
-
2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 cwater
-
hot cooked noodles
How To Make bbq beef ribs

1Spray crock pot insert with non stick spray or use a slow cooker liner (much simpler).

2Heat oil in large skillet. Brown meat, add onions, and cook until meat is brown and onions are soft. Transfer to crock pot.

3Blend tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, dry mustard and worcestershire sauce and pour over meat.

4Cook on high 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over noodles or rice.
