Ingredients For barbeque cheesbugers

  • 1/2-3/4 c
    favorite bbq sauce
  • 2-4 lbs
    ground beef or turkey
  • 5-8 slice
    cheddar cheese
  • french fried onions or vadialia strings of onions
  • salt and pepper if desired
  • 5-8
    potatoe style buns or onion buns

How To Make barbeque cheesbugers

  • 1
    Prepare the Grill. Make aluminm foil tee pee tents to fit loosley each hamburger patty placed inside, and ingredients. Place each burger in tent and put on plenty of BBQ sauce, under the burger also. Place the onions salt & pepper, and cheese on last. Wrap loosly the tent to a tee pee point, for picking up and peeking in to test for doness. These burgers are very moist and delicious.

    This recipie can be done for sausage or kielbasa or brats, putting the foil lengthways.
