Just had these and they were quite tasty. Easy to make and I think something kids would really enjoy too!

Ingredients For barbecups

  • 1/4 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    bbq sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 8 oz
    pkg. refrigerator biscuits
  • 3/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make barbecups

  • 1
    Brown and drain ground beef. Form biscuits into cups in muffin tin. Add sugar, onion and sauce to ground beef. Spoon into cups; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until biscuit dough is golden brown.
