Ingredients For barbecued beef sandwiches

3 lbbeef chuck, boneless

1/8 tsppepper

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspliquid smoke flavoring

2 Tbspred wine vinegar

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1clove garlic, crushed
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 Tbspdijon mustard
-
3/4 cketchup
-
10french rolls, split
How To Make barbecued beef sandwiches

1Place beef in slow-cooker.

2Combine remaining ingredients, except rolls.

3Pour over meat.

4Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.

5Refrigerate or prepare sandwiches now.

6Shred beef by pulling it apart with two forks; add 1 cup sauce.

7Reheat in microwave or on stovetop.

8Spoon on warm, open-face rolls.

9Top with additional warm sauce, if desired.

10This may be cooked a day ahead and refrigerated overnight.

11Skim fat off top and reheat.
