3 lbchuck roast

2 conions, finely chopped

3green peppers, chopped

6 oztomato paste

2 tspsalt

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 ccider vinegar

3 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tspdry mustard
How To Make bar-b-que beef

1Combine the ingredients and put into a slow cooker or crockpot in order given.

2Use a 3 1/2 - 5 quart cooker.

3Cover and cook on high for 8 hours.

4With a wire whisk, stir mixture until meat is shredded.

5Serve on long hard rolls or hamburger buns.
